Memduh Büyükkılıç, Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nin işverenle iş arayanı buluşturduğu Kayseri Kariyer Merkezi projesinin kentte işverenle iş arayanı buluşturmaya devam ettiğini, proje sayesinde 2 bin 176 vatandaşın işe yerleştirildiğini söyledi.
Kayseri’de altyapı ve imar çalışmalarının yanı sıra insana dokunan, sosyal ve gönül belediyeciliğine yönelik hizmetleri de özveriyle yürüten Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Başkan Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç önderliğinde istihdama katkı sunan kuruluşu Kayseri Kariyer Merkezi, büyük ilgi görüyor.
Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı Dr. Memduh Büyükkılıç, konu ile ilgili yaptığı açıklamada, iş arayan vatandaşlar ile eleman arayan işletmecilerin ihtiyaçlarına cevap veren Kayseri Kariyer Merkezi’nin kentteki paydaş kurum ve kuruluşların destekleri ile ilgi görmeye devam ettiğini ifade etti.
İmzalanan protokol çerçevesinde işveren ile iş arayanı buluşturan istihdama yönelik büyük bir paydaş ağına sahip olan önemli kuruluşu olan Kayseri Kariyer Merkezi’nin yaptığı çalışmalarla 84 bin 670 yönlendirme hizmeti gerçekleştirdiğini vurgulayan Başkan Büyükkılıç, “Ayrıca 17 bin 907 başvuru aldı. Bunlardan 2 bin 176 vatandaşı uygun pozisyona yerleştirdi. Öte yandan 8 bin 589 kişiye de danışmanlık hizmeti verdi” dedi.
Büyükkılıç, insana yapılan yatırım en önemli yatırım olduğunu belirterek, “Ecdadımızın, atalarımızın da ifade ettiği gibi ‘insanı yaşat ki devlet yaşasın’ felsefesi bizim olmazsa olmazımızdır. İnşallah Kayseri Kariyer Merkezimiz bu anlayış içerisinde çalışmalarını sürdürüyor. İş arayıp bulamayan, nasıl bir iş aradığına karar veremeyen, danıştığı kişilerden yeterli bilgi alamayan vatandaşlarımıza yardımcı oluyor, onları yönlendiriyor ve işine yerleştiriyoruz” diye konuştu.
